A Torchlight Vigil - To End Violence Against Women

25th November, 4.30pm at Milton Keynes Rose

This vigil will mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and International White Ribbon Day. It will bring MK people together to show solidarity with victims and survivors of violence against women across the world.

Confirmed speakers include Councillor Emily Darlington, a White Ribbon Ambassador and invited speakers who will give poetry readings.

The vigil will take place at Milton Keynes Rose. Should the weather be inclement, an indoor gathering place will be announced on the VOWMK.co.uk website on the day.

This topic is a sensitive one but we are committed to creating a safe space for listening and reflection.

All invited. Bring a torch or battery tealight.
